Week of Loss - Feb. 8

This week I lost 2.4 lbs., and am now within 45.8 lbs. of my goal weight.

The exercise is great
6 1/2 hours of biking
1 hour of swimming

Still have to get the eating under control

Great job with the exercising. 7.5 hours is a tough thing to match. The eating will come under control eventually.
